This bread is just the right amount of sweet and it comes out tender, dense,and soft on the inside and crunchy outside, delicious!
Steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

Mix well and add raisins.

Beat eggs and buttermilk in a smaller bowl and add to dry ingredients.

Stir until just moistened.

Put into a greased layer cake pan or pie pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and it's yummy by itself or with butter!
