I ate this ones from a guy near my work place and I just had to make them part of my list for breakfast and my girls love it though with Ketchup and not choma sauce (spicy)

Deep fry your sausages until ready

Make your kachumba with sliced onions and tomatoes. I soak my onions with salt and hot water to remove the bitterness then add vinegar for taste before adding the tomatoes

Cut your bread rolls and add the choma sauce, put the sausage, add the kachumbari and finally the ketchup on top. I like festive deluxe rolls: they are extra soft and tasty
