Ingredients

1 serving

1fried fish
2ripe tomatoes
1red onion
1 tspGinger and garlic paste
Salt
Oil for frying
1/2 tspcinnamon
1/4 tsptumeric

Chop onions and tomatoes.

Put a tbsp oil in a cooking pan under medium heat. Add in onions, ginger paste, spices and salt let it fry for 2min then add and tomatoes. Let it simmer to tenderness and stir.

Add 1cup water stir then put in fish and cover. After some time flip the other side until done.

Serve when ready with ugali.
