  • 500 gmwhole red chilles
  • 4 NOSGreen cardamom
  • 4 NosBlack Cardamom
  • 3 piecesCinnamon
  • 4 NOSclove
  • 5 gmCumin
  • 28 gmTurmeric powder
  • 5 gmfennel seeds
  • 3 NosBay leaves
  • 3 gmBlack pepper
  • 30 gmCoconut
  • 300 mloil
  • 20 gmMint
  • 20 gmcoriander
  • 32 gmSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the Ribs properly and add salt into it During frying.Remove the water 2 times from chilles and check seasoning properly.

    Grind The whole spices properly.

  3. 3

    Add Crushed Mint and Coriander in it.

  4. 4

    Add coriander into it.
