Prepare spring onions, green garlic, green chillies and ginger. Grind rotlo to make crumbs or break them with your hands. Heat ghee in a pan and crackle jeera till light brown. Add garlic and onion bulbs, green chillies and ginger. Combine everything.

Cook them for a minute or two till the bulbs are cooked. Add the greens of onions, turmeric powder and salt. Combine everything and then add rotla crumbs and combine everything well.

Top it up with garlic greens. Combine again and it's ready to serve ! You may want to garnish with some garlic greens.
