Steps

In a pan to make custard heat 1 liter of milk.

In a bowl add 2-3 spoons of cold milk and 2-3 spoons of custard powder and mix well.

After the milk boil well, add mixture of custard powder, milk and mix slowly.

Stir the mixture continously on medium flame
- 5
Turn off the gas as soon as the milk starts to thicken slightly.

When the custard cools down. Put it in freezer for 2 to 3 hours to make it thicker.

Before serving add chopped fruits and dry fruits and garnished with tutii frutiii.
