Delicious cooking today live with my lovely Yui, it’s so adaptable this recipe it can be totally veggie but I decided last minute to chuck in some frozen chopped chorizo!

In a large frying pan put in the chickpeas, pour in the vegetable stock, heat the frying pan cook the chickpeas through for a few minutes. Then drain.

Put the chickpeas back into the frying pan! Add the rest of the ingredients stirring well!

Meanwhile heat a pan of water to poach an egg! I have a separate recipe for how the cheat and poach an egg! And also a homemade Harissa!
