makes 4 croquettes

2 tablespoonsbreadcrumbs (about 15 grams)
1egg
2 slicesturkey
2Babybel cheeses
oil for frying

Steps

Slice the turkey into strips and cut the Babybel cheeses in half.

Wrap each half of Babybel with turkey on both sides.

Dip each piece in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs, and fry in a skillet on both sides until golden brown.

Serve hot with a small salad. It's delicious!
