Serves 4 servings
  • 3.5 ozdark chocolate (about 100 g)
  • 1 2/3 cupswhole milk (about 400 ml)
  • 1/3 cupheavy cream (about 100 ml)
  • 1 packetvanilla sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream.

    Add the pieces of dark chocolate and the vanilla sugar.

    Pour everything into a blender and blend for 5 minutes.

    Pour the hot chocolate into cups and serve immediately.
