Take a bowl add half kg Arhar ki daal and keep to soaked overnight.

In the morning drain the water. Grained the whole Arhar ki daal, ginger, garlic in to grander and make smooth paste.

Then add Haldi, Red chilli powder, Coriander crush, White zeera, Baking Soda, Red Chilli crushed, Black pepper & White zeera powder, Green chilli chopped,

Coriander leaves, Baisen, Onion slice then mix all the ingredients. Then make round flat shape.
Then make Deep fry in Oil until it become brown.
Pyazoo is Ready.
