Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgArhar ki daal
  2. 3 inchGinger
  3. 10 clovesGarlic
  4. halftsp Haldi
  5. 1& half tbsp Red chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspCoriander crush
  7. 1 tbspWhite zeera
  8. halftsp Baking Soda
  9. 1 tbspRed Chilli crushed
  10. 1 tspBlack pepper & White zeera powder
  11. 5-6Green chilli chopped
  12. 3-4 tbspCoriander leaves
  13. 5 tbspBaisen
  14. 3sliced Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add half kg Arhar ki daal and keep to soaked overnight.

  2. 2

    In the morning drain the water. Grained the whole Arhar ki daal, ginger, garlic in to grander and make smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Then add Haldi, Red chilli powder, Coriander crush, White zeera, Baking Soda, Red Chilli crushed, Black pepper & White zeera powder, Green chilli chopped,

  4. 4

    Coriander leaves, Baisen, Onion slice then mix all the ingredients. Then make round flat shape.
    Then make Deep fry in Oil until it become brown.
    Pyazoo is Ready.
