Steps

Mix water and sugar in a pan and allow it to boil to make sugar syrup.

Mash the paneer to a soft dough and then mix Maida and again mash it.

Further make small balls of it and pour one by one in sugar syrup and place lid on the pan and allow it to boil for 10-15 minutes.

After 15 minutes mix it and allow it to boil for the next 20 mins. Your rasgulla is ready to serve.
