  • Water
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your potatoes and wash them clean and cut into wedges

    Put the wedges in water add salt to taste and let it boil for a minute.

    While heating cooking oil,drain the hot water and fry your potato wedges.

    Serve with ketchup or vegetables and enjoy!
