Mix your egg milk and oil together

Mix your flour, banking powder, a pinch of salt, nutmeg powder, sugar

Mix all your wet ingredients and your dry ingredients together. Make sure is not too watery or too thick

Heat your frying pan. Add little oil or rather use a brush a glaze the pan with it (note don’t add add oil again when putting the second batter) note that pancakes don’t really need oil

When your done frying, put your Nutella in between every pancakes
