Cut the paneer into pieces. Marinate the paneer, onions, and tomatoes with salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and yogurt. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Chop the onions, garlic, and tomatoes, then blend them into a paste. Sauté the paste until it is cooked. Add salt, red chili powder, ground coriander, and turmeric. Add the pureed tomatoes and heavy cream, then cook until the mixture is well sautéed.

Fry the paneer pieces on a skillet, then add them to the masala. Mix well, sprinkle dried fenugreek leaves on top, and let it cook until the oil separates. Serve hot.
