  1. 天使面 Angel hair pasta (150g)
  2. 三文鱼 Salmon fillet (1 piece 200g)
  3. 番茄 Tomato (1)
  4. 金针菇 Enokitake mushroom (20g)
  5. 肉碎 Minced meat (50g)
  6. 蒜米 Minced garlic
  7. 优格 Plain yogurt
  8. 番茄酱 Tomato sauce
  9. 酱清 Light soy sauce
  10. 胡椒粉 Pepper powder
  11. 盐 Salt
  12. 辣椒粉 Paprika

Cooking Instructions

    滚水煮天使面,加少许油,约7分钟,备用 Cook angel hair pasta with boiling water and some oil, for ~7mins, stand-by

    三文鱼切小块。用少许盐,胡椒粉,辣椒粉撒上三文鱼。烤15分钟。Cut salmon fillet into pieces. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper powder and paprika. Bake for 15mins.

    混合一汤匙番茄酱,优格,酱清,备用。Mix 1 tablespoon of yogurt, tomato sauce and light soy sauce. Stand-by the mixed sauce

    番茄切丁 Cut tomato into dices

    热油炒香蒜米,加人肉碎,番茄和金针菇 Heat oil and fry minced garlic, add minced meat, tomato and enokitake mushroom

    加入天使面,三文鱼和混合酱翻炒。Add angel hair pasta and salmon. Add mixed sauce and stir-fry.
