Steps

Grind the leftover rice in a blender and make it smooth. Take out in a big bowl.

Add red chilli powder, salt, Rice flour, coriander powder,dried coriander,onion and mix it well and make a dough of it.

Make small tikkis from that dough.
- 4
Take a kadhai, put oil in more quantity and fry the tikkis until it becomes golden brown.serve it with sauce or chutney.
