Fried and flavoured Chickpeas

Soak white chickpeas for 8 to 10 hours. Cook in pressure cooker/ boiling water untill cooked well

Drain water before start frying

Deep fry until golden brown

Let it cool down. Add chat masala or paprika and salt. Mix well. Flavoured fried chickpeas can be stored in air tight container for one to two weeks.
