2balls of Mozzerella
Olive oil
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Fresh basil (optional)
2medium tomatoes

Preheat oven to 200 Celcius / 390 Fahrenheit degrees.

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Slice mozzarella and tomato and place on top of chicken. Tomato and then mozzerella. Place basil on top if you want to.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 20-30 minutes. Until juices run clear.
