Take one cup of moong wash them and soak them for 7-8 hours or overnight.

Now in pressure cooker heat some oil crackle some cumin. Seeds add pinch asafodia curry leaves ginger garlic paste chillies and saute for minute than add tomato puree and heat till oil seperates.

Now add moong water add up all masala like turmeric powder salt chilli powder coriander powder garam masala etc and close lid and make 1-2 whistle and allow cooker to cool.open therafter and serve in bowl by adding lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves.
