Ingredients

15 minutes
for four
  • 1 cupsprout moong
  • 1tomato
  • 1carrot
  • 1cucumber
  • 1small onion optional
  • 1/2green chilli optional
  • 1/2ripe mango or any ripe fruit
  • 1/4 cupcranberries/pomegranate seeds
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • Fewfresh mint leaves
  • Forsprouts--
  • 1 cupwhole green gram/ moong
  • as requiredWater

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Collect all the ingredients.

    Finely chop cucumber tomato carrot onion optional mango.

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients

    Just before serving add lemon juice salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    For sprouts soak the whole moong overnight or for 5/6 hours drain out the water and in a wet muslin cloth put the moong in between and tie them keep it somewhere in dark moist place next day you will get sprouts.
