Grease ramekins well with butter or margarine.

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs and fold in well.
- 3
Add milk and combine.
- 4
Pour into ramekins. Add preferred fruit. Pop onto a baking tray and into a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes until beginning to cone away from the sides. Allow to cool and enjoy!
