Ingredients

8 muffins

2 cupsoat flour
1/2 cupsugar
1large egg
1/2 tspnutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cupmilk (I used coconut milk)
1/4 cupapple sauce
1apple (diced)
1/2 tspbaking powder
Nuts (optional)

Preheat oven 400° and set muffin tin aside.

Distribute batter in muffin tin then put in oven.

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together using a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.

When ready set aside to cool and serve with a chilled glass of milk.
