  1. 1/2 cupsmall cubes of cottage cheese
  2. 1/2 cupboiled chick peas
  3. 1medium sized tomato (chopped)
  4. 1medium sized onion (chopped)
  5. 1small cucumber (chopped)
  6. 1 tbspchopped capsicum
  7. 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander
  8. 1 tbsplemon juice
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Mix all vegetables, cottage cheese and chick peas. Add seasoning and lemon juice.

    Chill it in refrigerator.
