Boil all the vegetables and keep aside.

Take a kadhai. Add ghee and butter. Add chopped onions and chopped capsicum. saute for 2 min.. now add chopped tomato..cook until oil releases. now add all the spices and cook for 1 min..

Now add all the boiled vegetables in the kadhai mix and mashed well. Add water according to consistency. Cook for 10mins on low flame.

Now take tawa apply butter and roast the pavs one by one and enjoy with bhaji and salad. 😊
