In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix until you form a sticky dough (if it's too hard you can gradually add water)

Leave it to rise for 30mins or 1hour.

Bring oil to heat

Scoop small amount of mixture, form a ball and deep fry until golden brown. Do same to remaining mixture.
