    Break the chocolate into pieces. Place in a bowl and melt in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring occasionally.

    Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

    Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

    Mix the yolks with the melted chocolate.

    Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture in three parts.
