When we make ghee, milk solid sits at bottom and turn brown. We used to make milkcakes etc from it. But in our village we make rotla, this milk solids known as "Bagaru" in gujarati. You can watch video recipe on my YouTube Channel.

First in a bowl add bagaru which is milk solids, now add flour and all masalas.

Mix it well, now add water and make a dough. Now give it rest for 30 minutes.

Now using your hand make small rotla or tikki, using ur thumb make whole in center.

Heat a pan and roast this rotla on both the side until done, now add some ghee and roast again.

Serve it hot with pickle and curd.
