Omelette

I used to think that if cooked eggs are white and don't have a brown crust they might not be cooked through so I prefer to brown my eggs by letting them cook a little bit longer but not to burn.

I used to think that if cooked eggs are white and don't have a brown crust they might not be cooked through so I prefer to brown my eggs by letting them cook a little bit longer but not to burn.
Steps
- 1
Assemble your ingredients.
- 2
In a bowl, add eggs and beat using a whisk or fork.
- 3
Add in the onions, tomatoes and green pepper, and mix them together.
- 4
Add salt, black pepper and chicken masala (adjust to your liking) and mix.
- 5
In a pan, heat some oil or butter and when it heats up pour in the egg mixture. Let it cook before flipping over. I let it cook a little longer to brown.
- 6
Flip over the egg if possible but if it is too large scramble it up or divide the egg into two in the middle and flip separately. Let it cook for 2 minutes and switch off the heat. Add oil/ butter afer flipping if necessary.
- 7
Serve with buttered bread and enjoy!
