Ingredients

  1. 6Sliced bread
  2. 2eggs
  3. 5scotch bonnet
  4. 1medium onion
  5. 2Maggie
  6. 4 tbsveg oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onion and grind the scotch bonnet.

  2. 2

    Break the eggs and add onion, maggi and scotch bonnet.

  3. 3

    Whisk till done.

  4. 4

    Place both sides of the bread in the egg and fry both sides till brown.
