In a wok add oil and dry spices (cinnamon sticks, green cardemoms and cloves) cook for 30 seconds then add milk and sugar, let it boil.

Once it boiled and becomes bubbling (sugar should dissolved) then add boiled rice mix it well.

Now add almonds, coconut slices, rasins, Gulab jaman and Rusgullas pieces on top.

Add colours on the rice in 3 sides red, yellow and green. Let the flame slow and cover it for dum atleast 10 Minutes.

After dum add kewra water mix it with light hands, decorate with chandi wark and serve hot.
