For Spring Rolls Sheets. Mix Maida, Salt, Cooking soda.. Add Water And make a batter of medium consistency. Rest for 10-15 min.

Make thin dosa sheets.

Now in a kadhai add oil and all the vegetables. Now saute them and cook till done.

Now add the stuffing on the dosa sheets and roll them into spring rolls.

Deep fry them till golden brown and they are ready to serve once done
