Lemon tea time cake with lemon glaze

First of all mix all the dry ingredients and sieve 2-3 time with a sieve.

Now mix curd and oil in a bowl and whisk until it becomes creamy.

Now add the flour mixture and mix it and make a thick paste with milk.

Now add lemon juice, lemon zest, yellow colour and mix well.

Now fill it in greased tin and tape it 1-2 times to remove air bubbles.

Put salt in a wok/pan and heat it for 10 minutes, then place this cake tin in it and bake it for 25-30 minutes.

Then check with a toothpick if the toothpick comes out clean meaning the cake is ready. When cooled remove the cake from the tin.

Now to make lemon glaze, mix lemon juice in icing sugar and whisk until it becomes creamy.

When the cake cools down properly, put these lemon glaze on it and enjoy it.
