Steps

  1. 1

    Peel a number of potatoes depending on how many you intend to serve

  2. 2

    Prepare your other ingredients

    Boil your pumpkin leaves as you fry your onions and coriander. When ready blend all of them together

    Add your potatoes and green maize into a sufuria. Add a little water and pour the blended pumpkin mixture into it (water should be enough to remain for mashing). Add salt to taste and boil until ready.

    When ready Mash your Mukimo
