Heat the ghee for a few seconds.

And on a low flame, fry the vermicelli till it turns a shade darker than golden.

Add the water, powdered cardamoms and saffron dissolved in 1 tbsp of hot water.

Cook on a medium flame till the water dries up.

Then add color and add the sugar.

When the water from the sugar dries up, cover it with a lid and remove from the stove.

Take a plate grease on ghee and pour on it.

Let it cool and cut into pieces.

Serve yummy vermicelli tweets and enjoy.
