1 cup White Poha.
2 cupMilk.
1 cup Beetroot juice.
1/2 cup Sugar.
1/4 spoonCardamom
2 spoonGhee

Take thin flat Poha.wash 3 times in water. Strain the water.

Add milk in kadai when it Simmers Put Poha to it and Poha will take milk to it.

Add beetroot juice to it. Add sugar when it Simmers.

Put cardamom powder to it.serve it hot by adding remaining ghee.
