Start with putting in your pasta in salted boiling water. Let them cook, whenever they are ready, take them off with a strainer and wash them.

Bechamel: In a hot nice pan put in the butter then the milk, and to avoid flour aggregation you can solve the flour in some cold milk. When the milk starts boiling put in the "some cold milk has the flour solved in" let the mixture boil until it is on the consistency you want.

Rewash you're cooked pasta with cold water so they don't stick to each other in the hot resistance glass tray, then mix the pasta with the bechamel the add the protein and the spices (salt pepper and thyme), put the tray in a hot oven (180 °C) for about 15-18 minutes, then carefully take it out then oven and stuff the top of the tray with cheddar cheese, put it back to the oven for 5 more minutes.
