Take rice wash and cook till 80% done. Take babycorn and boil for some time, strain and cut in to round thin slice. Then take oil in a wok put choppes garlic saute till it turns golden brown then put ginger and saute. Then put veggies capsicum, carrot, spring onion and saute till it cook yet crunchy. Then put panner and baby corns salt and saute tranfer rice in to this veggies masala and give it a toss and cook for other 10mins. Then turn of the gas and garnish with spring onion.

Burnt garlic rice is ready to eat.
