To begin with keep all ingredients ready.

For veg tikki shred boil potatoes,some carrot,beans. Mix all with some salt and black pepper and bake it on a pan on medium flame and keep aside.

Prepare fried rice too and make it ready.

Chop all veggies for stir fry and steam them nicely.

In a pan out little oil, put all steamed veggies mix salt and pepper acc to your taste,stir fry them and keep aside.

Fry potato wedges and keep aside. I make those also at home,but you can buy from your near supermarket.

Now we will assemble the sizzler.

Put the sizzler hot plate on the low flame and cover with the cabbage leaves.

Once the plate is hot enough put rice on one side, veggies and wedges. Lastly, put the tikki and spread BBQ sauce.

Keep the plate back on the wooden plate carefully and put the butter on the sides of hot plate which gives you sizzling effect.

Enjoy the hot sizzlers.
