In a bowl add all-purpose flour, curd and ghee scrambled all well and bind the dough with the help of cold water (don't knead it)

Now with your finger tips spread evenly the dough and then cut it in between.

Place the dough on one another and again cut it.

Again cut it after place one another.

Repeat the process for 5 to 6 times (this is for layers).

Now we get desired layers.

Now divide whole dough in a 4 part take one part and roll it

Now cut small piece press your thumb in between the ball

Do all like this

Heat oil and deep fry on a low flame till brown remove it on a kitchen towel and pat dry

In a vessel add sugar, water and Cardamom make a sugar syrup of one string

Now dipped balushahi in a sugar syrup for 4 hours

Garnish with some almond and it's ready to serve
