Firstly take a bowl add add soya mini chunks and add 4 cup hot water.rest it 10 minutes.

Then heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, black pepper, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, black cardamom mix it well.

Add onion,ginger garlic paste mix and fry until lightly brown.

Add small chopped tomato,salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder mix it well.cook it 2 min

Then remove the soya mini chunks in hot water.then blend it.then put into pan mix it well.

Cook it 5 min then add small chopped coriander leaves.

Serve it hot with chapatti
