Ingredients

5 to 6 minutes

1/2 cupcorn flour
1+1/2 cup water
1+1/2 tbsp sugar

5 to 6 minutes

In pan add water, sugar, corn flour

And mix well

Turn on the flame and keep stirring until it becomes transparent thick and glossy
4

Put the corn flour mixture in piping bag
5

Press the hot corn flour mixture squeeze piping bag into ice chilled water such that the strands of noodles are immersed completely in the cold water
