For chutney in a pan heat oil add garlic, cumin seed let it splutter add onion cook till translucent then add dry red chilli, tomatoes and salt cook till tomatoes get soft once done let it cool then grind it into a paste.

For tempering heat oil add mustard seed and curry leaves transfer in chutney and mix well serve with dosa..
