  • 1bread for 1 vada
  • 4Boiled potato
  • 2 tspBlack salt
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 2.5 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tbspraisins
  • Some of kaju finely chopped
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspCurd
  • 1 tspYoghurt water
  • 1 tbspImli chutney
  • 1 tspPomegranate
  • 1 tspCumin seed powder

    Mash the boiled potatoes

  2. 2

    Add all the spices leaving cumin seed powder

  3. 3

    Add raisins and kaju

  4. 4

    Mix it

  5. 5

    Get a piece of bread and soft it with the help of yoghurt water

  6. 6

    Make ball of the mixture and put on it. Make balls like this

  7. 7

    Heat it on a nonstick pan with the help of ghee

  8. 8

    Take out. Keep one vada on the plate

  9. 9

    Add curd, imli chutney, and cumin seed powder

  10. 10

    Sprinkle it with pomegranate

  11. 11

    Dahi vada is ready to serve
