Steps

Grind your rice, wash and strain, wash your moringa leaves add it into the rice together with the groundnut and steam for an hour or until the groundnut is Soft

Bring it out when done, add seasoning, 1 cup of oil, curry, onion, Scotch bonnet and mix it very well

Bring it back to steam again for another 40 mins

And our dambun shinkapa is done

U can serve with oil and pepper
