Ingredients

  • For puri
  • 50 gall pourpose flour
  • 50 gsuji
  • 50 gwheat flour
  • 2 tbsprefine
  • Pinchbaking soda
  • Some water
  • 100 gcurd
  • 1Boiled potato,
  • 1onion
  • 1tspRoasted cumin,
  • to taste salt,
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder,
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Bhujia sev

Steps

  1. 1

    Make dough of the flours

  2. 2

    Give rest for 30min

  3. 3

    Make masala of potato and onion

  4. 4

    Make small puri of the dough

  5. 5

    Fry all puri on medium flame

  6. 6

    Take all puri put in it aloo masala,dahi,sev, salt, red chilli powder,chaat masala

  7. 7

    Golgape is ready
