Sab sy pehly pani ko ek daichki mein daal kar medium flame py boil honay ke liye chor dain.

Jab garam honay lagay to ginger ka piece aur black tea daal dain.

Jab sehe josh a jaye aur colour light brown ho jaye to chulha band kar dain.

Is ko chalni ki madad sy chan kar tea ko ksi piyalay ya cup mein nikal lain. Honey/sugar to taste add kar lain.

Ab garam garam Ginger tea ke chotay chotay sip lain. Din mein 2-3 baar peena zada effective rehta ha.
