1/2 tbspSalt
1/8 cupSugar
1 tbspYeast
3 tbspOil

In a bowl add wheat,flour,salt,sugar,yeast and mix.

Add oil and warm water then mix again.

Cover and keep in a warm place for about 30mints to rise.

Oil your containers and filled half with the dough,allow to rise again and steam.

You serve with vegetable soup,pepper soup or stew.
