My style maggi

#IWG
This maggi recipe is my all time favourite. Takes a little more time than 2 minutes but will surely make a place in your heart. I used to make it during my hostel days. My husband and my dad loves it.

This maggi recipe is my all time favourite. Takes a little more time than 2 minutes but will surely make a place in your heart. I used to make it during my hostel days. My husband and my dad loves it.
Steps
- 1
Heat butter in a pan and let it melt. Take onion and saute till it turns golden.
- 2
Add egg to it and fry it till egg is properly scrambled to a bhurji. If you are a vegetarian you can skip this step.
- 3
Add vegetables if you prefer. I have added green peas. Mix properly.
- 4
Now take the maggi packets and take out the masala sachets from it and add it to the mixture. Mix again.
- 5
Add maggi to it. Add 2 tsp more of maggi masala (sachets are available in the market). Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
- 6
Let it cook till you get maggi in the consistency you like. Add or subtract water as per your preference. I don’t like very soupy. You can add more water if you prefer soupy.
- 7
Switch off the flame. Your maggi is ready to serve.
