  1. 1 cupSoaked Sago -
  2. 1/2 cupSingadha Aata -
  3. 2Boiled potato -
  4. 1/2 tspSalt -
  5. 1/2 tspFennel seeds
  6. 1/2 tspJeera
  7. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder -
  8. 1/2 inchGinger - grated
  9. 1 tbspGhee -
  10. 2Green chilli chopped
  11. 2 tbspcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients and make dough.

    Make small portions of dough and apply ghee on it. Put in between plastic sheet and then press it to make it thinner

    Roast both sides till light golden colour.
