1 cupcooked rice
2 tablespoonsugar
2 tablespoonghee
2 tablespoonmilk powder

Add rice and sugar in a mixer jar and grind it. Then add milk powder and rice mixture with ghee in a bowl and saute well. When the mixture leaves ghee, remove from the gas and pour into a mold.

Set it in the freeze for 20-30 minutes. Rice Panna cotta is ready to serve.
